Color Carnival : Day 5
I have an enthralling news to share with you all😊. This is my 50th post at Sindhuscocoon🎈🎉. I'm so excited. Thank you all for your support, comments, encouragement and ideas. You guys are the driving force that keeps this blog going. And loads of kisses to my LO, without his cooperation I couldn't have come this long😘😘😘.
Today is the final day of the Color Carnival, so I wanted to combine colors and celebration together. We guys would have done the following technique during our childhood days, the crayon resist painting. I also remember doing crayon etching - scratch art. I wanna get back to those days, so planned crayon resist painting for today's post!😁
Supplies :
- Chart paper or any thick sheet, preferably
- White wax crayon
- Water color or any kids paint
- Paint brush, of course!
Draw or write any thing of your wish on the white sheet with white wax crayons. White color crayons makes it more magical.
Once done with white crayons, color the entire sheet with water color, to unveil the magic. LO did part of the painting, rest was done by me!
He got so excited on seeing the letters and drawings appear bright as he painted. I traced out his palm and filled with white crayons. He was so happy and proud!!😜
